Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Implement a function, exposed on the Lua API and on the CLI, for validating the current content model.
The function should return a report with success or failure result, and in case of failure, which violation(s) are found.
