In Docker, when running pkar init inside the pkar-submission container, the confirmation prompt message doesn't show and the terminal seems to be hanging. Typing an answer and hitting enter displays the confirmation message, obviously too late.

$ docker compose exec submission /bin/bash
22bc85a616de:~$ pkar init
WARNING! This will WIPE all your archive and website data!

A note is being added to the documentation, but it would be better to fix the terminal.
