A malformed LL submitted via pkar command line produces the following report:

When submitted via drop box, pkar_watch outputs in the log:

but it does not create the report.

Additionally from creating the report, the app should indicate its location in the log.

Reports are created for successful submissions (not tested yet for validation errors on well-formed LLs).
